The system, which is reversible, will also allow summer cooling by circulating cold water in the coils, supported by a complementary dehumidification system to ensure maximum comfort in the warmer months.
The building envelope will be completely upgraded through a ventilated facade that improves thermal performance.
The result will be a completely renovated building that combines structural soundness and modern living comfort, with delivery scheduled by 2026.
THE APARTMENTS
There are ten apartments for sale and feature sizes of 1.5, 2.5, 3.5 and 4.5 rooms. The spaces currently house offices, but the plan is to convert them into bright apartments, each with a terrace or garden and designed to ensure comfort, efficiency and quality of living.
